On April 20, 2022, UBUNTU acquired from Petrobras’ Divestment Plan the exploratory concessions PAR-T-198_R12 and PAR-T-218_R12, onshore of the Paraná Basin, located in the state of São Paulo.
These concessions have natural gas exploration potential and can also be used for CO2 storage projects (CCS), under development by Manacá CCS LTDA., a branch of Grupo Ubuntu.
