Reservoir modeling and simulation. Account manager for various NOC’s and International operators for major service companies such as Baker Hughes and Halliburton.

Rafaela has over 20 years’ experience in large companies, from the Energy, Oil & Gas, and Steel Industry segments, and is responsible for Accounting, Tax, Controllership, Treasury, FP&A, HR, and Administrative departments. Worked as a leader in M&A’s process and has considerable experience implementing and restructuring companies.
Operations Director with a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universidade Estácio de Sá. He has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has held management and leadership positions in onshore and offshore operations. He also has international experience in South America and the United States.
He is currently responsible for the production of the fields operated by the company in different states, leading operational and technical teams with a focus on efficiency, safety, and operational continuity. He is directly involved in operational transition processes and asset structuring, focusing on strengthening operational safety and HSEQ standards, as well as interfacing with partners, consortia, clients, and regulatory bodies, including ANP and environmental agencies.
